WellCall Circle — Referral Program Terms

These terms govern the WellCall Circle customer referral program operated by CheckWellCall ("CheckWellCall," "we," "us"). By generating or sharing a referral link, you ("Referrer") agree to these terms. They supplement — and do not replace — our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility

  • You must be an active, paid CheckWellCall subscriber on any plan to earn referral rewards.
  • Free-trial users and cancelled accounts are not eligible to earn rewards.
  • You must be 18 or older and located in a jurisdiction where the program is permitted.

2) How a Referral Works

  • We generate a unique referral link and QR code in your dashboard under "Refer & Earn."
  • When someone clicks your link, we set a 30-day tracking cookie. Last click within that window receives credit.
  • A referral becomes a qualified conversion when the referred person starts a free trial through your link and activates a paid plan (first successful payment).

3) Your Reward — A Free Month for Every Friend

Each time a friend you refer becomes a paying subscriber and completes three consecutive monthly payments, you receive one free month of your own CheckWellCall plan — applied automatically. That's the whole program: no tiers, no points, no payout requests.

  • No limit. Refer as many people as you like. Every friend who stays three months earns you another free month.
  • Automatic. Your free month is applied as account credit equal to your current plan price and draws down on your next invoice. If you earn several free months, they stack and apply one billing cycle at a time.
  • Your friend gets their first month free when they join through your link — a dedicated, non-stackable referral offer that cannot be combined with any other coupon or promotion.
  • Free-month credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and expires 12 months after it is issued.

4) When Your Free Month Applies

Your reward is confirmed after your referred friend's third consecutive successful monthly payment. "Consecutive" means three successful charges in a row with no cancellation, refund, or failed payment in between — if the friend's payments lapse and later resume, the count starts over. For a friend on an annual plan, the reward is confirmed once their annual payment clears and is not refunded within the refund window.

5) Reversals

If a payment that qualified your reward is later refunded or charged back, the related free month is reversed. A free month already applied to your account is offset against your next invoice instead.

6) Fraud & Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited and will result in reward forfeiture and possible account suspension:

  • Self-referral — referring yourself, your own additional accounts, or members of your own household to generate rewards.
  • Creating fake or duplicate accounts. We use email matching, device fingerprinting, and IP deduplication to detect this.
  • Spam: bulk or automated sharing, purchased email lists, bots, or unsolicited mass messaging.
  • Making false or misleading claims about CheckWellCall's features, pricing, or medical capabilities. CheckWellCall is a non-medical wellness service (see our Terms of Service).

More than 10 referrals from a single account within 7 days may be held for manual review. Confirmed fraud results in immediate clawback and may result in termination.

7) Privacy

We never share another subscriber's personal information with you. You receive only your own referral metrics (clicks, trials, conversions, earnings). Do not collect, store, or process any health information about anyone you refer. See our Privacy Policy.

8) Changes & Termination

We may modify the reward or program rules with 30 days' notice to active referrers, and may pause or end the program at any time. We may remove anyone from the program for violating these terms. Free-month rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

9) Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and are subject to the dispute-resolution and arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service.
